Warwickshire Reclamation Terms & Conditions

Retention of Title. Goods supplied by Warwickshire Reclamation remain the property of Warwickshire Reclamation until payment has been received in full

Returns. Many of the goods we sell and supply are reclaimed or salvaged and as such are individual items. It is important that you satisfy yourself that the condition, quality and function of the goods is suitable for the purpose and use required. Items will only be considered for return if in the same condition, quality and quantity as first delivered. Items will not be considered for return if they have been installed, used or altered in any way, shape or form. The costs of returning goods will be at the buyer's expense.

Dimensions. All dimensions, areas, volumes or weights given are approximate. Dimensions used will be imperial or metric at Warwickshire Reclamation's discretion.

Consequential Loss.
Warwickshire Reclamation accepts no responsibility for any consequential loss or subsequent costs howsoever arising from the use of new or reclaimed materials supplied by Warwickshire Reclamation .

Delivery. Any damage caused to the surface of the driveway or yard of the buyers premises or any other damage caused by reason of delivery off the public highway shall be the responsibility of the buyer.

Times. All timings, schedules and delivery dates quoted or estimated are approximate.

VAT. All goods supplied within the United Kingdom will be subject to VAT at 15%. VAT reg number 485 4912 13
